Search engines don't give a crap about the TLD. TLD mostly comes into play for branding purposes (ie. people tend to type tylenol.com rather then search google for tylenol). For keyword and search results however TLD means nothing.

Exactly. That is one of the reasons why with some normal seo you'll rank these and any other one word domain easier on SE. Period.

ME = montenegro

Premium is a domainer evaluation term it has nothing to do with how the serps are currently behaving. People need to stop throwing around the term premium lightly.
