To All SKNANB Visa Prepaid Cardholders

As previously advised, SKNANB has been working diligently on the necessary efforts to restore prepaid cardholders' ability to access their Visa card funds.

Subject to slight adjustment, it is expected that from Wednesday, October 6th, the overwhelming majority of cardholders will be able to access the funds on their Visa Card using their existing card, without providing SKNANB further information. A small percentage of cardholders will be asked to provide certain confirming information. SKNANB prepaid cardholders can expect further communication from us on October 4th in this regard.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your SKNANB prepaid card, please contact SKNANB at [email protected]. In addition, cardholders can call +1-869-466-9733 to contact the cardholder services centre between the hours of 8am and 4pm Atlantic Standard Time. Please note, the call volume could be quite large, as such, there may be extended wait times.

wish they would stop using the term card, makes those with VV wonder if they are just talking about those that have physical cards.

Contacting now, your probably right, just wish they were more clear about the difference if any between the two.

I was told today when I called that those of us without physical cards are going to have to provide verification to get a wire or check.

It is very likely that ePassporte will find a new bank for Visa cards and be back in business. There would be no point in even staying open if they were not trying to do so. Even if they do get a new bank I am not going to give them a dime of my money again until I know what caused the mess we are in. I think many others feel the same.

The statement does not once mention epassporte, it says the SKNANB Visa Cards.

Epassporte is out of the deal.

And if they aren't WE NEED TO ENSURE THEY ARE DONE.

1 Month later...this is first news!

so most likely bank will let people drain their money and epass will be looking for a new bank that can hook them up with visa/master card, so that means paying all setup fees again if it does happen

I think it's all in our best interest that epass stays in the biz.
If it's out, it will take a looong time until a new leader comes up that everyone is going to use for p2p payments

This is the bank with concrete dates, not the bullshit "funds are in motion" and "we're working on it" that epass tried to feed us. Bank said they'd have a statement today, they did. Personally I believe them.
