Did you have a "normal" decline message or the invalid card message that people were getting pre-reactivation?

I think it could be because I contacted the bank and requested a wire. They said I would need to send them information. Maybe they have flagged my account. |
my guess is they have this limit of current balance under 10k means no verification, but if you have ever had over _some amount_ (15k 20k ??k dunno)you will still be required to verify it even if you just have a small amount now.

One card with around 1.5k worked and other with over 10k didn't. I e-mailed them regarding the 10k+ card, anyone know how long does it take to get a reply from them?

Some time ago epass asked for copy of some id card. Anyone whos card is not working sent those documents ?
