So where can I get a online account with a Visa now?
 

Has anyone figured out the next solution that allows you to have a visa or debit card for withdrawls yet?

I am not in the USA so I cant do any solutions of that nature.

Any help?

Payoneer /Paxum offer MasterCard for ATM withdrawals.

cashx, every easy to signup, very much like epass in function, FDIC and CDIC protected and you'll get your card in about a week. Card is free too. I think they offer MC though, but u can ask to see if they have visa.

There are a few nominees but Cashx seems the best.

for me payoneer and paxum is good one

i-payout.com and there is one more with visa but cant find the name ... the rest i know are mastercards
