I love how they say the people don't work for them, have nothing to do with Epassporte, but continued pestering of them will slow down your request.

I sent an email over a week ago asking why the ACH that had already been setup and supposedly sent out was returned. Of course, I heard nothing back.

Here is why I don't trust them. If they were really overwhelmed, they'd just disburse the funds they have to the bank accounts they have on file.

I'm sure they probably have either wire or ACH info for many account holders. We shouldn't have to request our funds if they've gone out of business and they already have the information to disburse them.

This so reminds me of what happened with iBill.

Hold out the carrot, give reassurances, tell the sheep that putting pressure on them will slow them down and not provide concrete information about the return of funds.

I hope people get their money back, but you'd be optimistic to count on it.

Anyone got a form for asking for wires?

haven't gotten a reply, don't think anyone has, they are clearly lying and should be terminated.

Will you internet crazies stop bothering poor Mr Mallick please. He has far more important things to attend to now that he is a big shot movie tycoon. Also, any negative comments about this post will result in further delay of your funds requests.

It's interesting that the message went out when it was the 19th in most parts of the world.
