NEW EPASS msg Oct 18th

Dear Account Holders, Please be advised wire disbursement requests are being processed daily and we are working to respond to emails that have been sent to [email protected]. We have a small group of people working to complete these tasks and they are dealing with thousands of fraudulent requests and duplicate forms which are causing further delays. Please only send one email to [email protected] to ensure your request is handled in a timely manor. Please DO NOT contact the offices of United bank or Mr. Gregory Elias. Correspondence sent to these parties will slow down the process ePassporte controls. There are also a number of websites posting contact information for people who are not longer employed by ePassporte. Contacting or harassing these individuals will delay your request. We would like to assure each and every Account Holder that all funds will be returned. We are also working to restore the ability to view balances and submit documents online. We hope to have this functionality available before the end of the week and will post updates on our home page when available. Please continue to check the ePassporte.com website daily for new messages or information. If you have funds on your Visa Virtual Account, please contact St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank. These are delaying tactics. If they had the means and the mechanisms to pay out then this would have been well underway before now.
Right now all they are doing is holding out false hope and with all the returned ACH requests there is obviously a major problem with funding. |

I cannot see how everyone will be paid out unless ePassporte held more assets than liability. Think of a bank, a bank doesn't have the ability to pay out a run on accounts. If every bank account holder withdrew their money the money would run out, because banks don't hold 100%+ assets as opposed to liabilities. The only way ePassporte could pay everyone out is if they actually held more money than was actually in the accounts, because you also need to take into account the costs of running the business, paying out employees, leases on equipment, other liabilities for utilities, hosting, accountants, lawyers etc. I do not believe for a minute that they could possibly have had more cash on hand at the time of their demise than was actually owed to account holders. |
now they block the wallet balance i took shots of mine this morning had a bad feeling
