I started this site back in June because I figured if I had the right layout, pushing freebie offers to upcoming mothers would convert pretty well. Turns out I was right. This site converts extremely well and the new owner could certainly increase the revenue if they took the time to add more offers and backlinks to it.

Domain
The domain is registered at GoDaddy and good until 2012..It was previously a PR1 but just dropped back to a PR0 in the most recent update. Even though I haven't done much work on this site SEO/Backlink wise in months it has still held steady traffic and revenue.

Content
The site is pretty basic - it runs Joomla. Users come in and there are 4 offers (joomla articles) on the front page. Editing the offers is simple - you just edit the article inside the joomla administrator area. Visitors can register for the site which many have (over 800 registered members)..There is a baby photo section members can upload their baby photos into if they want. I also put up a forum section where members can go post and what not. Most member's aren't active but they are still there. I always thought emailing new CPA offers or new updates of CPA offers added onto the site could get even more leads. There is also a "Freebies" section which is basically just a simple blog plugin. Editing my current freebie offers and adding new ones is very simple.

Revenue
The site makes all of its money from just one place - MaxBounty. MaxBounty used to have a ton of great CPA offers related to baby stuff (free diapers, back to school shopping spree's..etc) but many have expired. I never really took the time to find other CPA companies that have a bunch of baby-related offers. As you can see on the site I expanded it a bit to not just babies - there is a free grill offer, a victoria secret offer, ugg boots..etc. Instead of just baby offers I add offers for things that are family related. Babies, For Her, For Him..etc.

Traffic
The site gets traffic from a mixture of places. Mostly search engines, facebook, and link exchanges..Here are some traffic screenshots::

Summary
If you're looking for a good site that makes steady revenue - this one is calling your name. I'm selling it because there is another site I wanna buy from someone else and this will get me the needed funds. The new owner should take this and get the ads switched over, build some backlinks and get more traffic coming in. This site would not take a whole lot to reach $200+/Month.

The members haven't opted in to receive email updates which is part of why I have never emailed them and also why I made the suggestion of maybe putting the offer up on the site, then emailing them from the site letting them know there are new offers if anyone is interested. Doing it this way would be less spammy because you wouldn't be promoting the offers in the email, just that there are new offers up on the site.

The site is over 900 member's now and still continues to grow.
