I am selling my website cutiesjapan.com (plus extras listed below).

This site is not unique. The template was purchased for $79.00 but I have personally re-designed the logo myself so in that respect, the site is unique.

The site runs itself using the TGPX script. At the time, I purchased the script, plus installation for approximately $95.00 which covers the licence for this
domain only. The licence transfer for TGPX is approximately $15 which I will pay for.

The buyer will have access to the TGPX members area where they can log in and have access to a private forum full of great content and great technical support. When I set this project up, I did so because of the potential earnings. I had no experience setting up these sites before but learn't in no time thanks to the technical support and from the forum itself.

The site is automated as far as rotating images/banners on a daily basis is concerned and I have uploaded over 4500 galleries into the site database. This is easily done through the site admin area.

I have the website, TGPX admin area and databases all hosted with Hostgator for $9.99 per month. I have checked with Hostgator and this account can be transferred into the buyers name. If you have your own hosting and have experience transferring sites/databases, you can do this yourself. Unfortunately I have no experience in transferring a site from one host to another.

Why am I selling?

I now invest my free time and money into CPA marketing and list building and I make a nice amount of money doing it. Making Adult websites can be extremely lucrative in terms of earnings but I have made the choice to move on from this project as my passion is with CPA and list building. For me personally, Adult content is not what I would like to openly work on at home, especially with kids running around.

I dont have the time or experience to market and promote this site but I set up the project knowing its potential. I work a few hours every night on my other projects which is enough time spent for me.


Summary

I had big plans for this site but lost passion due to the reasons stated above. The site itself has great potential and can be re configured using the TGPX scripts. The domain name itself is highly rated and with somebody who can invest their time into this project, it will definately take off and become a potential big earner.

Nothing to hide here. I generated one sign up in a year. This is because I have done pretty much NO promotion or SEO at all.

Traffic Details

I have purchased small amounts traffic in the past from Trafficholder in a bid to kickstart the launch of the site and to circulate the site within certain networks but having left the site dormant for the best part of a year, it only recieves a few hits per day with no input.
