Although the stats are pretty nice, what makes you think the site is worth 1.5k?

I?m not selling it based on earnings. As I?ve stated above, ?valuable domain? the 2 Year establishment & CMS is just a bonus. Why that price? Because I rather keep it for $1500, never know when it might come in handy.
