I have a series of sites that were developed to push spanish language traffic for the lesbian niche. They have a cool theme and are developed and creating some profits from pimproll and others affiliates on the sites. I have not actively updated or monitored these sites for several years BUT they are 100% custom developed with there own theme and lead character. You will see the sites are very well thought out and designed for free traffic sites.

I thought about trying to update and continue receiving the little bit they are returning but I really have too many other things going on so I want to sell them. The earnings are less then $500 a year but that is sitting with no updates and no one caring for them, I am happy they are getting a return without any work. The domains themselves are great for the lesbian niche in Spanish. (I know there is a hotlinking problem with one script and I was going to dive in and change that but decided to sell before spending anymore time on these)

I will take $2000 for all domains and all sites fully developed. Really a great deal and a easy project almost complete if you can convert spanish traffic. Not really look to go down much in price as I like the site designs and domains and feel I am offering a good value.

I think you don't come close to understanding value. 4 years of earning with ZERO marketing, ZERO traffic, Zero anything. You are paying for the design and domains and the age of the sites and the fact that you can just start marketing and that is it. The earnings are just a bonus. When you pay a designer to design a fresh website on a fresh domain and since they are both brand new have zero earnings do you expect those to be given to you for free? I spent more myself on creating these sites then the price they are being offered for. The domains and designs and creating the character and Spanish translations for all the custom design elements had a cost and it was more then $2k. I think your comment was ignorant as I am charging only $250 a site fully developed (250 x 8=$2k), translated, custom designs, good domains with some earnings. I am not sure where else you can get aged, custom designed sites with earnings for $250 a piece. Once again your comment may hurt my sale and was ignorant and makes no logical sense. Not sure how much less then $250 a site you expect the value to be? Free?

I am sorry if I offended you, I was simply stating a fact. I could put it in a different way:

You spent 4 years building 8 sites you failed to sell anything decent with and now you decided to try and sell it to someone for 4 x their yearly earnings.

But I hope you sell. Perhaps someone sees the value and potential and is willing to pay what you ask

I just got done going over the traffic number for the last 12 months and the search engine rankings. Sites hold Top spots on bing for many keywords and a constant flow of unique visits from these organic results. The traffic is all organic with the domains doing the work. Would never consider selling for anything under $2k and more likely then not will just update and optimize for google and reap the organic rewards before selling undervalue.

Have you ever seen someone buy a domain name? or traffic? or a website theme? Did that domain or that traffic or that theme have profit before they bought it? Do people buy aged domains without any sites? Yes all the time... Do they buy themes for their websites before or after they become a huge profitable site? So they buy traffic with a bank account attached that guarantees them money? As crazy as these statements sound they are not as off base as the very slow brained responders to this thread.

What about sites with 1000s of uniques monthly and top type in search engine traffic and rankings for key niche terms? Wait that has no value either. Why would anyone want to buy a domain with top rankings? or traffic? God forbid what a bad choice. Nope I guess domains with traffic hold no value unless some person has made them into profitable websites or wait no one can ever make them into profitable websites because who would buy a domain with traffic if it's not earning a million dollars currently?

Wait i understand........ The real value is in buying domains with no traffic, no rankings, brand new with no history or age and then buying themes for them and paying developers to customize them for you spending $1000s more then already aged developed names with sites and traffic.
