your site is only 30 days old, you should work longer and harder before selling ad spots and links. good luck anyway.

Yeah! but rapidly growing and gaining keywords in SE and traffic imroving by the day, I need to pay some bills thats why I am selling spaces.

He's right, normally you grow your site first and let it age and then you sell spaces.

But we all got bills to pay so i'll offer you $50 for a header link but for 1 year not 6 months.
