How much is the revenue? Normally a sites' worth is 6-9 times it's monthly income. Traffic is way too low for a $xxxx range offer.

Are you having 200 visitors or 200 thousands of visitors? If it is not the latter, then I think that you will not get many offers unless you lower your asking price. Have a good luck, anyway.
