Im right now in need of cash and that is the only reason why im selling... since you are basicly buying a 150 dollar free income per month whihc is never going to end i want 1 years income for the account.

meaning 12*((120+150)/2)=1500$

so basicly you pay 1500dollar for a lifetime of 120-150$ incomes (unless they bankrupt or something)
