BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER for an online adult classifieds company.

Adult Business Development Manager (Focus on traffic acquisition)

increasingly growing online classifieds business. In the UK market we have an established a highly successful and growing presence in the adult personals space. We are looking to significantly grow and develop this area of the business in order to take on the competition.

We are also positioning ourselves in the market by launching a new adult focused proposition, which will be a modern, social, safety focused site.

Job Purpose:

This role will give you the opportunity to be the main business owner for all adult traffic. You will be reporting into the General Manager, and given complete ownership for growing quality traffic and content across our platforms.

Main Duties

Take complete ownership of all adult traffic acquisition channels
Set up bespoke reporting ensuring traffic campaigns are aligned to business targets
Segment traffic campaigns to device (Mobile, Tablet Desktop)
Split test new creative and creative messaging (work with marketing manager)
Develop partnerships with relevant adult sites
Develop content acquisition strategies
Seek out any offline opportunities

Person specification:
Well versed in the adult and personals space (at least 4 years)
At least 4 years experience in adult traffic buys (Mobile experience advantageous)
Strong Google Analytics skills (Universal beneficial)
Well versed in all adult traffic player and agencies
Highly Analytical and performance driven
Strong knowledge of Microsoft office
Presentation Skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience with webcams sites will be beneficial
