Live and Learn that's for sure... I have so much to say on the subject.. but to avoid any more "drama" .. I will be making a vid post soon to put in my 2 cents in as well.. I left GotGisele.com at the beginning of the New Year (2012). I wont go in detail about the reasoning behind my decision but I will say that alot of it was also based upon the same accusations being said today.. I do not wish ill on anyone, but am happy to see that the truth does indeed always come out in the end. I look forward to moving on to a more promising future with business partners that grasp the importance of running a fair and honest business. Its shocking how simple of a thing to treat others with fairness and respect can get you so far in life, yet so little care to practice that method. I truly hope this is a lesson learned to those in the wrong. And I cant help but to hope this is an eye opener for people in the industry who are not models, to see the reasoning behind models such as myself and others for making decisions to resign from such companies.. We also have been the victims of fraud, betrayal and dishonest business and never wished to cause any inconvenience with affiliates with our decisions to leave sites to become "dead"... It's safe to say that I look forward to getting back in action more than ever now..

Damn looks as though they fucked EVERYONE. I always wondered why you girls had so many sites, makes sense now. Sorry you were deceived by them as well, likely for more than most of us affiliates.

Have you found any serious partners yet? I will push the hell out of your site again if it is launched with reputable people.

Always made good sales with your content. I actually have a few reviews up that I am thinking of changing to reflect the company who actually runs it (or lack thereof).

Be sure to drop your vid here once it is complete I am sure I am not the only one who would like to hear your end of the story.

hehehe thanks for the interests! in the event i do start another site .. I will be the sole owner so chances of leaving will be non existent ;) I will be looking to work with repeatable people to help me in the areas I am not as savy in and as always appreciate the support from affiliates! Now that prior mistakes of mine in choosing those I worked with will act as a lesson learned and only add to the success in future projects that I think is fully owed to all parties involved.

Its true. Sole ownership will NEVER work because no company that knows what theyre doing in this niche (theres only a few left) would allow the model to have sole ownership after they do all the ground work to get it up and going.

The company would be risking the cost of locations, designs, editing work, making of affiliate tools, endless amount of affiliate work. They basically took a nice t-shirt and turned it into a revenue source. I always tell models that, anybody can make a t-shirt, getting that t-shirt in stores and getting people to pay for it is a whole different story. If a company launches a girl and makes a name for themselves and the site is in the models name and the model decides to leave, theyre screwed 100 percent... and after basically doing all the work

If i launch a new site, its going to make money because of the pool of affiliates and the promotion I do myself, I can slot any site in there and it will make money if the model is decent looking. The money is in the affiliate program. So lets say you took a models site and turned it into a money maker by attaching it to your program and then they cut loose? Well now youre an idiot

Maybe you should consider better contracts and start talking to lawyers, i have a contract that states they receive 50 percent of net, if they dont get it , they can bring me to court and win. I know of models who have sued and won for this very same thing. The company has something to lose, if the site was in the models name and the company tried to sue, good luck! Good luck getting the money and good luck winning, lesser chances of winnign that battle.

i said solo OWNERSHIP not running it all on my own .. i have learned my lesson of having other parties own any part of my pics and vids.. iam all about paying people per job basis and maybe even a % of the site per month.. but owning my photos and domain? never again ;)

alot of options are currently pending Never say never but I am no longer interested in having a % go to a second party that at the end of the day is not the product in which the sole purpose of the site and any single membership being purchased is for. I am by NO means stating though that the "need" of a "webmaster" is necessary.. because it is.. just as they can not produce the content and interaction for sale, I am not comfortable with handling every back end aspect that goes into maintaining a website. However, I will not allow for my images to profit another individual unless they in return are providing a service to the standards that my nude photos provide for them ;) Thats why I love affiliates because its a win/win type of relationship..

If you read my post, i was referring to ownership of the domain. Nobody who knows what theyre doing would agree to that because of the risk involved. Theres more risk for a company who does all the work to make the website money.

The only people who would agree to that are people who are desperate and tripping over their feet to do a site for you (the ones that will fail) not the ones who can make the sites 10k+/month gross

I dont suspect a model will respond to my post with, yeah youre probably right, i will come back here and bump this thread 12 months after the launch :/

If you can name me 5 successful softcore solo sites to launch in the past 2 1/2 years. Then you might change my mind somewhat but you wont be able to. And thats including big reputable companies, nevermind a model and a webmaster that hasn't launched anything remotely big recently. Its 2012 and solo sites are a thing of the past (almost), if the big boys are backing out, thinking a model who is outsourcing her webmaster work can do it, well its not likely. Im not trying to criticize, just giving my opinion on it all considering im one of the few still launching websites so i think its an opinion you should take into consideration

Few left out there that can do anything and none of them would give a model the service of turning their photos/videos into a high source of revenue while keeping that business in the models names. You should consider properly written contracts, that makes more sense
