plugrush iv tried it ...i did a ppc campaing bring in 3000unique but no convert at all even 1 free signup so i think they have quality FAKE traffic and not REAL.

plugrush traffic is definately real, otherwise we wouldn't have advertisers buying for thousands daily for months and months. You just need to optimize your landingpage, filter your traffic, and setup your campaigns for users who can convert at your site. Make sure you have a good payment solution for each and every country you are buying traffic from.
3000 isn't much traffic for a test though.

Can you post a link to your landingpage here so we can see and other can help yu optimize it?

... a good choice would be ycombinator.com , if one is able to get accepted there and get to the front page it will surely bust your business , even without the front page one should still be able to suck out about 100 visitors / day . Good luck.

I would advise u to check Trafficshop. You can easily target amateur niche or any site in this niche selling us the traffic
