New Site - PR2 Within 30 Days? Possible?

Hey quick question, is it possible to reach a PR2 within 30 days of registering a new domain?
This is without any BH techniques or spam bullshit, purely organic.
Has anyone ever had this happen? I am interested to see what others have accomplished within a short time.

After doing some research I see a lot saying its just a 'flaw'. I know a lot of people don't rely on PR but I was baffled to see this seeing how Google says 0 backlinks. My big site just dropped 1 rank and its 6 years old with a lot of backlinks. weird...

Who knows. I have a tube that I put a ton of work into and it took about 4 months to get a pr1. Another blog I put up with about 30 posts (handwritten, original) got pr2 in about a month with a pretty modest amount of backlinks.
