Blogs are the easiest type of porn site to make and without a doubt the best for a beginner trying to get a feel for everything and they are a lot of fun too if you like to write. Your content would be coming from affiliate pages (like signup at bangbros, naughty america, etc), log in to the affiliate page, pick free hosted galleries/content with MILFs, and then (for example) preview a particular gallery, post a picture that links to the full gallery with your affiliate id in the URL, and then write a few hundred words about it using key words like 'milf, cougar, big tits, fake tits, etc etc' basically you're using common words/phrases that people would search for on google, and then keep on updating it on a regular basis, the more posts you have, the more unique content you have, the more likely you will get traffic when somebody searches for something.

From there comes all the strategic SEO stuff to move your site up the search rankings and I know next to nothing there (ugh) but maybe somebody else will chime in on that.

Anyway, Here is a good blog example: http://hotmilfs.kinkyblog.net/

That's not my blog or anything, just found it on Google... I think that one exemplifies what I am talking about but then again I AM at work and I can't look too hard and risk someone seeing me look at porn ... but hopefully that gives you a bit of an idea.

A blog can look anyway you want. They come in endless designs, it just depends on your preference and what you are trying to do with the blog.

Are you planning on buying a domain or going with a free blog host?

If you buy a domain I suggest using Wordpress as the blog software, as it is very easy to use and there are numerous free themes.

If you are going the free blog host route I suggest using Thumblogger.com, Pornblogspace.com or Venusblogger.com

Here are a few Milf sponsors:

21 Sextury - Lusty Grandmas
Nasty Dollars - Milf Hunter
Naughty America Affiliates - My Friend's Hot Mom
Crazies Cash - All over 30

Best of luck.

If you are using wordpress for you blog, just download the syndication plugin.

Sign up to the sponsor in my sig, they have a site called "Dirty Wives Exposed"
You can then plug your RSS link onto your blog!

If you do not wish to use RSS you can always use their pic and video galleries, make your own descriptions...

Thumblogger.com is a good way to start and learn
You can then buy your own domain and hosting and play with Wordpress

Reality Kings recently just launched "smutpost" which allows you to make a Wordpress type of blog (well it is Wordpress) but with adult themes. I created one recently but just as a test...just launched it last night.

If you are wanting to target a niche via blogs this is how to do it.

1. Do keyword research.

What you are looking for are keywords which get traffic, which do not have very high competition for ranking, which are relevant to your niche.

2. Register your domain.

Register a domain that has a 100% match to your keyword. .COM is best but .NET and .ORG are ok. For example if your keyword was "MILFS LOVE COCK" then you want MILFSLOVECOCK.COM.

3. Install Wordpress.

Install WordPress onto the domain and immediately write 200-300 words relating to the keyword. So using the example above, you will want to write a nice post about MILFS who LOVE COCK. Doing this allows any search engine crawling your site to see what your site is about.

4. Sponsors

Join the sponsors that best fit your niche. Make sure they are sponsors which are known to pay and have good support. I recommend sponsors like Pimproll which have a great range of sites in different niches.

5. Write a minimum 5 blog posts per week for four weeks then write a minimum 3 blog posts a week from then on. Do keyword research beforehand and target those keywords using them in titles and blog posts. Use nofollow links on your affiliate links, keep those blog posts at 150 - 300 words minimum. Include at least one image per blog post. When you get more confident use plugins like NextGen gallery to add galleries to your posts.

6. Repeat this cycle often. Remember something which you do which earns $100 a month will earn you $1000 a month if you do it 10 times. Stick to basics. Don't spend money on traffic, spend time on writing.

For keyword research there is only one tool I recommend and that is Market Samurai. If you can master this tool then everything will be much easier.

100% agreed with it! It´s agreat way to start here. Always try to keep costs as low as possible as long as you not earn 1 cent with what you are trying.

Hi, I'm new here also, and I hope it's ok to post in this thread. If not, let me know and I'll start a new one, and yea, I'll GF myself in a sec...but in the mean time...

I was just wondering if it's really detrimental to NOT post that many entries on a weekly basis. I have a few Phone Sex blogs and I've had a hard time writing one post per week due to other commitments (job and such). I have WP hosting with Godaddy, about 20-30 free Thumblogger blogs, many are bare atm =( and after reading Adraco's post in another thread, I'm thinking about setting up a hosting account with another provider for link building.

My issue is that I'm trying to increase revenue from affiliate sales, phone sex and cam affiliates mainly, and it doesn't seem like anything is converting much at all. I suppose any conversion is nice though, and I'm able to supplement my FT income from Phoning =P, but I'd love to be able to increase my affiliate sales, you know? If I can increase targeted traffic, maybe I would receive more calls on my affiliate phone line while I'm away....I guess it all goes back to creating more content...IDK.

Also, I'm afraid that maybe my blogs are a bit TOO spammy with all of the affiliate links and banners...

Ok, going to go F myself now. bye bye

P.S. Hey thanks for all of the info sharing here. Ya'll r gr8! <3 & is my sig too big? lol bye again!!!

Sounds like you're trying to do a little bit too much to begin with. Forget link building, forget free blogs you don't control, forget anything else other than building your blogs to begin with.

It's crucial that Google is able to get a sense of what your site is about, therefore I suggest writing 5 entries a week for the first month as a guide. You can write more or less but I have found that 5 a week with your targeted keywords just about does it.

It's not converting because your pushing too much at once. Start slowly, build your blogs and then think about other things. For your first month try pushing one product per blog. Only write about that product, don't write about anything else. There are probably 30 different angles you could take pushing one cam site, so write your blog posts from those angles.

If you start out with a blog devoid of original written content and full of ads then what is a surfer going to do when they land on it ? They'll click away.

Don't fall into the trap of writing your content for search engines either, write for people. People use search engines, they use search engines to find things that interest them, you have to hold that interest once they land on your page.

I sort of had the feeling that I would need to add fresh content on a more regular sort of schedule. I'm just trying to build my blogs but I'm not sure if I can handle 5 posts per week per blog (unless they're much less than 500 words each), and I don't have a problem with building them slowly. I suppose I am trying to do too much at one time though.

I do have content on the main ones. One has over 7k words, another 3k or so, etc, but I'm not updating them frequently enough I think. For one of my targeted KWs I'm #13 atm I think, so I've been doing so so with that blog, but I need to concentrate on writing more. I guess I should also pause my google KW campaign....and if anything hire a writer to help me with the content if I'm not able to hash out 25 posts a week minimum.

The way that I have the affiliate stuff set up...I have a some banners in the sidebars and a couple of tabs (pages) for cams and other phone sex affiliate stuff. I'm tweeting my ass off, and even though I am patient, I'm trying to build too fast. I just want to earn more money while I'm not logged into the phone or away from home.....

Thanks for your advice. It's sincerely appreciated.

If any of this sounds incoherent, I blame it on the Sangria.

Are you keeping track of how you are ranking for your keywords ? Are you checking what your competition is for the keywords you are targeting ? Is the competition too high for the keywords you are targeting.

It's not about the number of words you have as much as it's about relevant content. What is your competition doing that you're not ?

They're probably doing all of the above, which honestly I'm not..Not as much as I should. I do check my stats with Google Webmaster Tools, and I've used this free SEO tool set to check how many backlinks my competitors have, etc. and the free keyword density checker.

One site in particular that I've researched, which is basically at the top of the results, top 3, usually #1, doesn't even have much content on the landing/warning page nor does it have much text when I click enter. It's just an img table of available girls, no text beneath the photos.

They have no meta tags, no meta description, site is pretty much devoid of text, but they have more external links. I even noticed that some of the links appear to be links from .edu/gov...

External
backlinks
(EDU / GOV) 9

Referring
domains
(EDU / GOV) 16

IP
Addresses 9

Class C 7
subnets

Keyword Title ALT Tags First Words Body All Words

Used Words 9 15 130 130 154

One of my main keywords has medium competition, 1300 GMS and 880 LMS per Google Keyword Tool, and I rank in top 20, usually b/t 13-15.

But yea, I'm just going to concentrate on creating more content and maybe allocate the $ I was spending on Adwords to purchase more content, if I'm not able to write everything myself.

Thanks again!

Don't concentrate on back links. Back links are not the be all and end all of SEO.

First thing to concentrate on is things you can directly control on your site. This means doing on site SEO.

Grab a copy of Market Samurai and use the SEO Competition tool to compare your site to the competition. Then do as much to your site to improve it's chance of ranking.

Only after doing on site SEO should you start worrrying about back links and other SEO strategies, as a site with thousands of back links can rank poorly if the basics are not taken care of.

Hey AdultKing, just wanted to thank you again for all of your advice and give you an update on how things are coming along.

I followed most of your advice, with the exception of the 5 posts per week. I have a few blogs and since I'm still writing everything myself and working FT (and OT alot), I did what I could handle at the time. BUT the main thing is that one of my blogs has jumped from PR0 to PR2, which was a nice surprise and I have 20 sign ups for one affil prog and 1 on a brand new affil program! I took screenies but since I don't have 30 posts, I cant link them...

One of my lines earned over 1.7k for the month of Oct., thanks to the increase in traffic on the blogs I'm sure. That's actually my best month so far on any single line (I'm very part time PSO).

I've done some additional onsite SEO, such as internal linking, popular posts, etc. and that seems to have helped quite a bit. It's nice to see some of my blogs ranking fairly well for my KWS. Wp really has some great SEO plugins which have helped ensure that my posts are SEO'd well.

I think I'm becoming addicted to purchasing domains. I have quite a few which are parked, but I just couldn't pass up the opportunity to purchase a cool domain name for my niches. I also purchased an additional hosting plan, so that I have more than 1 IP. Maybe next year, I'll move everything to my own server.

You know, you mentioned before not to worry so much about backlinks, and I haven't really. I've noticed that my blogs have less backlinks than many of my competitions' websites and many of them have less text/articles/posts than my blogs. It's sort of surprising that I'm ranking decent at all with hardly any backlinks. I guess it all goes back to fresh, original content.

You know, this blogging stuff is really fun. I'm enjoying it quite a bit. I'm also enjoying incorporating some Social Media into the mix as well. I'm just wondering how the heck I'm going to manage so many blogs by myself. I have 3-4 hours a day during the week maximum to devote to blogging and phoning, and the weekends, I get drunk lol, hang out, and work on the sites and phone. I wish I had more time!!! Ugh.

Oh, as I re-read you post here, I noticed that you suggest changing the affil links to no-follow. Do you think that it appears more natural to Google if they're left as follow or do you think Google doesn't really take that into consideration? I was just wondering if Google may see the no follow links and assume that I'm trying increase my rank by not sending any juice to affils. (even though I want to keep as much juice as I can and I would attempting to increase my rank). What do you think?

Can you post one of your blogs here, so i can take a look? i have 7-10 UV / day from google, but they didn't join the sponsor site. It is about the blog from the sig. I write myself all of my posts and i didn't create any backlink until now. I was thinking of buying Xrumer backlinks and directing them to my blog. I don't know if it's a good idea.

Buying Xrumer links and pointing them at your blog will kill it in Google.

Personally I think spam links are a waste of time, however if you ever use them you never point them at your money site.

It seems you haven't read one word I have posted in this thread, which leaves me wondering if you really want to learn or just want reinforcement of your own ideas.

The best thing about this business is that success is simple and achievable providing you put a little work into it. There are simple time proven methods to make sales and it looks like you have found that keeping at it consistently is one of them.

Don't fall into the trap of being addicted to domain purchases, if you buy a domain never park it, place a little content on the domain on a basic Wordpress install so Google gets a sense of what the site is going to be about. For example if you register bigboobies.com then place 4 or 5 posts on it about boobs.

Backlinks are important however despite what so called SEO Gurus will tell you, relevant organic backlinks beat spammed back links any day of the week. Google is getting much better at determining spam backlinks and there will come a day where people with many spammed backlinks back to their site will be slapped down hard.

Ugh.
Obviously you are already discovering what methods work for you. What you can do to leverage that knowledge is to start outsourcing. Write down the method you use to add content to your blogs and get someone else to do that while you work on new blogs. You can hire good labor from around $3 - $5 per hour to update your blogs by going to oDesk. All you do is make a job posting, add a credit card and then interview applicants. Once you have selected an applicant and hire them, give them the job of updating one of your blogs and then you can move on to creating a new one.

The best thing to do with links is to use your own generated shortlinks and have them set as nofollow, two reasons for this. One Google wont readily see your site as a thin site, meaning if a site just has links to affiliate sponsors then Google will see your site as a thin affiliate and this may affect your ranking. Secondly by using shortlinks, if a sponsor dies, or stops paying, then you only need to edit one shortlink entry to redirect all that traffic elsewhere. One edit is better then dozens, hundreds or thousands if you lose a sponsor.

I just launched my first blog using wordpress.org. I implemented my main website into my wordpress.org. Gives a better flow. Good luck with yours.

AK, would you mind going into more detail with this? Thanks.
