I want to create 10 .php files and inside each one, I want to display a sidebar with several links.
I need to modify those links every week, so my question is:
Whats the best way to do this without changing the files one by one?

Is there any script or something else that I could use to edit those links only once and display all changes in all files?

That's simple you have to create a table in your database with title and link, then you need a submit site must be password protected best in the admin panel, where you can edit and submit links.
