Noobish Question: Traffic Productivity

Time for a noobish Question:

When Webmasters ask for a Traffictrade, I sometimes see Rules like
"asking 60% productivity".

What does that mean?
I know Ins,Outs,Raw ect....
But what is that %-Productivity about?

These are the visitors who use your site, the users who generate a click, 60% productivity means 60 of 100 users you send have to generate a click, the higher the productivity the better the traffic.

xxxtubers has it absolutely right.

They say "productivity" but what they really mean is an inverse of the "bounce rate". So 60% productivity = 40% bounce rate.
