How to indicate the value of a site - GoFuckYourself.com

so...i bought a domain name quite recently, which has a lot of possibilities ( offcourse why else would someone buy a domain that he doesnt believe is gonna work ).
it's my first "tube" site so for now i have the free tube from Smutnode running on it. ( which works great by the way )

but if i were to sell the domain/site. What are the criteria that people add up to come for a final price for it?

the domain is latex- tube.com

I dont think it is a lot. It is better than latex-tube.org, but that one is available for 10 bucks.
