your opinion on this model payout plan plzzzz??????
I was wondering if camgirls would this payout structure. And if so is it interesting enough to try a new camsite for. (I'm not asking to u to model (not now at least) but want to plan ahead.) I'm 3 months from launch.
My site is unique because we are not charging guys per minute. Instead they pay per month plus the option of creating a tipping account. The models will get paid a certain amount per member per minute viewing her show. In order to ensure everyone is always paid fairly this number would change. This change is site wide so no one's pay will decrease because they have too many viewers. This per min rate would always be seen on the models screen and we would have a notification system in which you can choose not to be notified unless that "model Market value" is at a particular thresh-hold. This would avoid too many models and too few models to be on at any given time . My intentions here is to take out some of the hustle to leave more time for bonding and entertainment. I know models hate free members and with this scenario they get paid for every viewer every minute so hopefully it will be less aggravating and more private for them. I really want to create a good, fair, profitable payout system going. Just need to know more about what camgirls want |

Interesting concept but what's your per/min estimate for a model? Just an average/ballpark figure. Each will earn differently, obviously.
What would you charge the members to join the site and what sort of traffic do you forecast in terms of volume? How would you determine who gets top placement on the site? The way it sounds (girl with the most members in her room earns the most), doesn't sound like the girl on the 8th row will ever have the chance to advance up the listings. How does that work? |

I would make sure everyone receives as minimum per hr rate. I was thinking somewhere between .10 to .25 since they can have as many members as they want.
Everyone will be circled when your at the top of the circle the site brings you traffic after you cycle towards the bottom your entertainment should keep them there. Then you will reach the top of the circle again and you'll get a fresh group. |

The numbers don't work (assuming my math is correct)
At 10 cents a minute, that means each guy could cost potentially cost you $4,320 per 30 day period. That's if they were on 24/7. Or, broken down: $6 per hour, $144 per day. I understand that no one will do that, but you have to account for it since you have no idea how long one single guy would spend on the site. Not to mention those with multiple monitors or computers who can watch multiple girls at the same time (I do it frequently on Chaturbate - 3 screens) And then you have the guys like me who sometimes leave the window open while I sleep, work, eat, etc! Plus overhead, server, and your salary.. You'd have to charge a monthly subscription based on the absolute maximum a guy could potentially be on. $6,000/month subscription? Even with realistic numbers. If a guy spent just 2 hours per day, that's $12/day or $360/30 day period. Hell, even if you paid the girls just a penny per minute it could potentially cost over $400/mo just for 1 guy. |

your right I would have to do like pandora and as are u still viewing and if not cut the feed for inactive users. Heavy users will cost me but I'm betting there are much more casual users to help balance out the addicts. There will have to b 3 membership levels.
bronze- 75 pr mo for 10hrs gold- 150 pr mo for 30 hrs platinum 250 pr mo for unlimited also that's the beauty of the "market rate" system because that may be true that it could drop below .10 but only if we had enough members viewing so they would then still be able to make money on quantity |

Actually. I misread your pay structure.. you said 10-25 cents per hour per user. Then it would be doable. I thought it was per minute.
