Question about a membership site...
Ok bit of a noob question here.
I'm on my way to set up a membership site at the moment, which I've never tried before. I've read different threads on here about it and seems like using aMember would be my best bet. As it is I am building the website on Headway framework. So I read that using a subdomain is favoured by a lot of people for the members area. Would the using of aMember negate the need to do this? And if setting up a subdomain is it usually as members.mydomain.com? Or do I just continue to make the full website and by installing aMember on it I then decide which pages on the domain are locked through aMember? I won't be able to get aMember untill this time next week so I'd like to just plough ahead with building the site in the meantime. |
