I would assume that, as of today, 98%-99% of SmartCj sites are not getting any traffic from Google (they are not visible after running a query "site:domain-name.com"). Google was probably #1 source of traffic for most of these websites in 2013, and before.
Maybe they will figure something out... |

The number of SmartCj sites is probably not as high as 99%, because there is quite a lot of sites that are indexed by them, but it could be around 60% of sites that are not indexed in Google, or more.
