What Can Be Done With Free Content
Many affiliates give you FREE content. Photos, videos, etc. As long as you keep the affiliate stamp on the content are you pretty much allowed to use the content however you wish to draw traffic to your affiliate link?

The answer is still "no". Different programs have different rules. Read those. It is a contract between you and them. I cannot give you any permissions. And usually you cannot use the material as you wish.
