Is there a way to buy ads with your earnings without having payment information filled out? I don't want to send them a copy of my driver's license for paypal.
If possible, how do I set up an ad for one of my webcam sites? Can I link to my homepage or do I have to link to a specific video or something like traffic trades?

I made my ad, do I have to create a campaign for it to go live? I can't seem to figure out how to create a campaign without plugrush asking for me to update my payment info. I want to use the funds I have in my plugrush account. Not give them payment info.
