Is OBL really important when building backlinks?.
I've been told by some people that sites with low OBL are the ones that must be chosen for our site's backlinks. How important is that?. Before google's eyes, a site with low OBL has more importance or authority than a site with higher OBL?. Even if they have the same PR?
