sub_id question

Hey everyone im pretty new to the industry and gfy, but it has a lot of info! Anyways, I have a question about adding sub_id parameter {affiliate_id}. Im using post affiliate pro.

For example,

If sitename.com/#a_aid=85 was you General (Your) Affiliate Link-

sitename.com/#a_aid=85&aff_id={affiliate_id}
or
sitename.com/#a_aid=85/{affiliate_id}

thanks
