Hey guys,

webmaster here for Fapbank. So far I have advertisements setup with groups like Juicyads, and it's been going well. I want to go further into the Affiliate Programs, however, as someone located outside of the states I have hit a brick wall for a few things:

Foreign Tax ID - Should I register myself as a business? And provide the tax ID for the country I'm located within?
Payment By Wire (International) - When given the options for bank transfer, check or payment by wire, is wire the best for international, and does everyone create a seperate bank account for this?
Can anyone recommend international friendly affiliates?

Paxum, check or wire are all internationally friendly

Ive never had to give tax info to anyone when signing up

Can you recommend a site with a list of affiliates to start out with? Also, should I use an affiliate program like CCBill at the start?
