What would you do with this ?
I have a tube site and an affiliate program for a paysite, the tubesite has content only from that paysite and I have permission to use the content and perhaps more. What woul you do with this? Should I only try to promote the paysite and how? Or should I sell adspace / monotise the tube site some how? I am just wondering what a pro would do with this opportunity to make the most money possible. Thanks for any advice you might offer.

I don't consider myself a pro, anyway I would definetely promote the paysite starting with your tube and bought adspace on juicyads or any other direct advertising. Also I would try to get new webmasters to your affiliate program. You can start by simply adding a link into your signature here on GFY.

I went to PRs website and it looks really professional, but the way I see "plugs" coming my way is only through new tabs opening; I guess ya'll call it a pop-under! Is your site one of these potential pop-unders?
