Keyword/phrase not in page url SEO question

Yoast has this as a yellow or orange level so how vital is it to SEO?
The keyword / phrase does not appear in the URL for this page. If you decide to rename the URL be sure to check the old URL 301 redirects to the new one!

And if I set it like lollipopx.com/erotic blowjobs and then would need redirect? How does that affect it? good, bad r no biggie.
