Taking my site to the next level

I currently own and run CosplayDeviants.com a niche cosplay softcore site that features exclusive content of nerd-next-door girls (and guys). We've built a great following by targeting the geek demographic, roughly 3,000 recurring subscribers, close to 300k facebook likes, and another 75k between instagram, twitter and tumblr.

My problem is we haven't targeted the adult market at all, and I'm not sure the best way to jump on it. I've run ads on Juicyads.com and a few others but have no idea on how to track how many of those clicks actually become subscribers and if I'm getting my money's worth. I've just finished reading through a few of the "Educational" series posts, which helped some but advice from other industry pros would be great.

It is great to accept paypal by epoch on your site. However you do not put up paypal logo on adult website, just be careful.

If you have any specific questions ask here.
Thanks, I've read through most of that but the biggest question I have is tracking conversions. Whats the best way to track individual ad campaigns to actual membership sales?

I was worried about that, but it was sent to me by our Epoch rep, and I verified it being okay with PayPal sales support. As long as the payment option selected on our website does not say "PayPal" we're allowed to show it's an accepted method through our processor. Hence why we have the "CCbill" and "Epoch" options on our join page.

You've got a really nice site and great thing going.
Id stick to what your doing and speak to Juicy Ads, get them to help you create an ad package.

On a different note, I would be tempted to expand and create a harder XXX site while your doing well. If thats an area you interested in, its worth getting adult actresses. People with a fan base you can use to promote your content. Once you have enough content launch that separately. link them with banners, promote using twitter/tumblr etc. you should not have a problem nailing that niche down in both softcore and hardcore.

Good luck with what ever you decide.

Your site looks actually pretty good. Not too fancy, yet it keeps you busy with reading and enjoying yourself.

Thanks for the compliments on the site everyone. does anyone have a good method for tracking conversions from traffic sources? Short of using coupon codes I cannot find any way to track if a user who follows one of my ads actually signs up.

We've got a new studio currently in the planning stages for hardcore content.

It sounds like you could try Ero Advertising and Adamo Ads.

Hence why we go through EPOCH and use their approved logos. I've also got an email from PayPal support verifying it's not in violation because we're not using PayPal directly, instead we're using a processor who uses PayPal.

I've had PayPal account banned before and learned real fast that if you simply email them directly and get written permission then you've got ammunition should anything happen to your account. If they say No, you can't do something, then don't be surprised when they freeze your funds.

They do if you go through Epoch, but don't allow direct sales through their site. I.E. they want Epoch to take the hit when someone inevitably claims they didn't buy your porn.
