wpXtube free WordPress plugin and very easy to setup. and you can use any legal hosted videos from sponsors

I built my own using Drupal, most sponsors will give you previews that you can feature on your site.

That's the spirit! Lots of sponsors out there would be ready to give you some nice previews and images. Get a reliable script and a good hosting, you can either embed directly from the .mp4 or host the videos yourself. I personally prefer hosting myself. Good luck™

You can check out TubeAce I use it for Wordpress based tube sites
I run an ever expanding network of tube sites you should start with one tube site, learn how it is done then you can create as many as you would like. sounds like you are in research phase right now. also you will need hosting company I recommend HostZealot! they are great to work with reasonable prices and great support I use shared hosting ("corvette" plan) for my network. I don't recommend having a tube site on WordPress.
If you want to start a legit one which is scalable enough to hold couple million visitors per month - go for a custom application. If you serious about it - buy content from studio houses.. I have got few friends in AMS, NL.. if you need let me know - will intro them. Also you can sign up with leading production houses to get trailers and images - link back to their site - earn as affiliate. If you want - we've got video grabbers and embeders to pull from various top tube sites to show them - initial stages to kick off the business with some traffic. Wordpress is a good way if you are newbie and don't have money for paid tube engine
 Content you can get from such famous tubes like xhamster and etc. They have embed codes |
