Are the "Trust flow" and "Citation flow" metrics worth shit? I.e. should I put much weight in these when looking at backlinks?

Absolutely. Far more accurate than moz domain authority etc. Il argue with anyone that trust and citation metrics are the most accurate available

Yep they are worth something. Always try and manually look at what links you can find too, and see if they are relevant to your general niche - that will help for the long term.
