Do major porn companies actually pay someone to post and make their social media campaigns or is it automated? I tried to automate but it is not like posting quality social media content

How does one find jobs with their sponsors, affiliate managers and what not? It seems like the sponsors are replacing affiliate managers very quickly or the affiliate managers are leaving for other jobs at a fast rate. How does one find out when there is a need for these roles or is it mostly in house?

why don't you contact some of the major players?

i know some are outsourcing and some employ their own workers to do it

Some porn studios hire the media managers who work full time managaing their social media presence and accounts.
