report questions and DMCA

hello guy, i'm building a new pinporn site very similar with sex.com who allows users to upload content(only image and gif)... but i'm affraid of DMCA and the possibilite of someone post childporn, rape and all this shits...

i already put in copyright/ general terms that is very unacceptable and we will record the IPs. As you probable know there are many site who runs this way.

And a also build a modern board thats allow me to delete posts very fast if there is some trouble or someone report...

but is there a certain legal time(like 12h, 24h or 48h) for delete content when i receive a DMCA notification, or report childporn???

reminding you that it is not my intention this kind of shits...
and from time to time a banner will come up encouraging people to report content if they think something might be illegal

The most common is under 72 hours (barring holidays) but typically one should not be concerned or interested in taking any further action until at least a week has gone by.

The Internet is 24/7. I hate it when I have to wait until Monday, when I issue takedown notices on Friday evening.
