How the hell do you promote a partner program?
For almost two years, I had a partner program for my sites, and did virtually nothing with it. It was at 25%, and nobody got more than that. I didn't promote it, I didn't worry about it, it was just a little cookie.
Now I am getting serious about promoting that way... Percentages are up, there is more info, I even have a bit of a strategy... but how do I promote that program? What's the best return on promotion to get people to notice a partner program for a couple of small sites?

1st off......50/50 partnership at the least. And get to know as many people as you can......that is the best way to find affiliates in this business :-)
