I really need to improve my site's productivity. Fucking lost my job and now I'm stuck at home trying to make some money off my favourite passtime...porn

Have a look at my site and tell me how fucked up it is and what I can do to increase productivity:

My productivity is usually around 35% overall(WTF?)...trades seem to stay in the range of 12-15% productivity.

Just don't know where do go from here, but I'm not giving up, I just HAVE to make a success of this site, no matter what it takes.

Well , personally i don`t run dump sites or tube sites.You need qualitty traffic to have some conversion.If i were in your shoes , i build a small network of handwritten blogs ,about 30 and to be sure after a month or two you will received quality traffic

The blog network is one idea and that will also help you with SE rankings. The other thing is to make some over all changes. Me, I would change that right side bar to Upsells.
