Could you make money with this site?

Hi. I've got a website, but it's not making me any money.
It's a tubesite showing embedded movies from various freesites (Redtube, Youporn etc.)
It has around 6-7K uniqs a day (80% from search engines and social media)
Average time spent on site: 6 minutes.

What to do?
I've tried various sponsors, but nothing seems to convert.

If anybody has some advice, I'll gladly hear it. I'm also open for potential partnerships.

That because the embedded movies are from scumbag sites with 40+ min.Try to use trial movies from your sponsors and the conversion may be better. +1

You're giving away what you're trying to sell. See a problem with that logic?

Thanks for your replies all!

I understand that the model of giving away stuff for free by definition isn't very lucrative, but...

Isn't it possible? Have nobody on this forum had success with this model?
Shouldn't 200K visitors per month be able to generate ad-revenue somehow?

I have hardly heard of much success stories with this model. As you have seen yourself, it is very hard to generate revenue when you are giving stuff away for free. The money makers you will find are those who do not offer complete movies. Sounds like a bit of a scam but unfortunately it works!

The way you describe it, it does not sound like a membership based tube site, but if it is please see this as an option: http://jayvis.com/membership-based-tubes/

Either way, its no secret that cams and dating do well so if you'd like some assistance with that and other questions (I see a lot of tubes) feel free to contact me. Thanks.

Yeah you can convert and they do even giving the entire movie. But you have to do some testing, some changing and some more testing and some more changing.

Lets chat on ICQ. we have TONS of hosted embeds and hosted flvs and tools.

The whole point to make money from adult is tease the person enough to sign up for the main thing. You are already giving them the main thing for free. Your best bet is penis enlargement or get in shape stuff. Maybe get rich quick stuff, but porn will not sale on a site that already gives it away for free usually. Oh maybe adult dating www.theadultworld.com might work.

As well as....

You can try advertising a similar niche next to those videos. But honestly giving away full scenes doesnt add up to anything but wasted bandwidth
