40 000 clicks with camwithher / icgirl, no sales

Hi
First I am a newbie in monetization. I am running an adult flashgame site and generate quite a nice traffic for a new site with my own games. I added SNR affiliate on a couple of my games and got around 40 000 click in a couple of days but no sales. Cam with her look like a nice product for my niche (gamers not specially looking for hardcore porn) so I am a bit surprise or am I just naive ? Brazzers was so far a real disaster for me, not 1 sale in 2 months so if you have any advice on what to promote in the (not too) hardcore genre, I'll take it.
And since I am in newbie questions, is there some guys, service, site that take a % of your earnings in exchange for promotion, they manage the choice of sponsors, ad placement, that kind of stuf and get %.

I would put up and iframe of online hosts or a banner for streamate cams or smut cams. Both pay $40/free cc signup.

With streamate, I have about 1:203 right now, which is still not too great. People are looking for cams when they hit my sites though, with yours they are looking for games. So your ratio will naturally be a bit higher, but 1:40,000 is probably too high.

You might also be able to trim that ratio down with a geo ad from an adult personals program, like XXXBlackbook. Their iframes make it appear as if the girls are close by to the visitor, so they are more likely to click and signup.

In that case, you should do XXXBlackbook. They have a setting to not show nudity on the geo-host iframes.

I would definatly change sponsors.. I:40,000 is a bit steep. Even for untargeted, bind link traffic.
