Affiliate Link tracking in Wordpress [PIC] - GoFuckYourself.com

Aye Mates!

I know I'm new to GFY so I was sure to do an extensive search through the boards to make sure I'm not double posting.

I'm curious if anyone knows of a WordPress plugin (free or for purchase) that empowers a WordPress user to efficiently track all of the affiliate links that are embedded in their posts, pages etc. I'd like to be able to track clicks and conversions if possible. This way I can optimize which programs convert best with my traffic. It would also be helpful if there was a "stats" page so I can check them out in real time.

Maybe something similar to this...

I've seen this one, and it doesn't look too bad. I think i will test this one out! Any others? Should i be worried about a "free" plugin?
