I'd like to add that the host I mentioned before is an unlimited host, in everything. Going from space and traffic to email accounts and databases. Really everything imagineable is "unlimited".

Naked Hosting has what you want. A couple of bucks a month and all of the tools you mention are included in cPanel/Fantastico.

It is what I started with and I have since moved up to dedicated.
