Monetizing Tube SIte

Okay, I'm a newbie webmaster. My site is approaching 3 months old now and I'm getting between 500-750 uniques a day now(I now it's not much), but I'm not making any affiliate sales. I've made some money from juicyads with webmasters buying ad spots, but no affiliate sales. On average I'll say that I'm getting maybe 10 unique hits per day for each sponsor. Again I know that's not much.
Anyway, my site url is in my sig. I have almost 3100 videos(mostly sponsor) on my site. Do you think I'm giving away to much content to my visitors?

3100 videos on your site is not much, as you said, put many more, give surfers as much free porn as you can and afterwards wonder why you don't make any sale.

Are you sure the traffic you are getting is real people rather than bots?

That's not really true either though. Legal tubes still tend to convert GOOD relevant sponsors better than Cams and usually dating too. Tube traffic isn't targeted cam or dating seeking traffic. They are there mainly for the free porn clips but some will click those ads.

Naw I'm getting real traffic. I have Awstats and analytics. I just read the post about renaming thumbs with keywords as opposed to the generic 00005.jpg or whatever, so i'm gonna take a look at that.

I agree. I'm pretty sure I'll convert well once my traffic reaches 3000 and up daily because like I said in my OP, I'm getting hits to my sponsors(a bunch of join submits too), but not many signups yet. But mos def I gotta name my thumbs so they'll coincide with the videos.

Concentrate the traffic.. By this I mean. Niche it by sponsor if you can. Build a page with Shemale content. Use 1 or 2 sponsors. Build a page with teen use 1 or 2 sponsors that way you are focusing more traffic to fewer sponsors and the numbers will then go up. should also see some sales. If you send lets say 10k clicks to a sponsor and no sales remove that one and add another.. yes that is actual work but thats what it takes.

If you need shemale content let me know.

that is the basic idea for a tubesite to put many videos on your site.
