She was super healthy until she was about 16 and I had to bring her to my parents place so she could live in a place that stays about as clean as a Museum and is about as hectic.

That and she costs about 5k a year in medical bills, surgeries etc.

She lost her voice about 3 years ago and when she meows it's pretty funny/sad because she reaaaally doesn't make much noise.

Still moves around though, still eats and drinks and doesn't piss or shit on anything but the litter box so I'd say she's still doing well.

I have another cat that's also 20 years old and he's still very active. He's outside all the time, still hunts and all that shit. It's actually amazing to watch him in action at his age.

Jew kitten is so cute. What's his name? I hope you are giving him cat toys and treats in keeping with hanukkah.

I got Daisy Doodle in March and she's had us wrapped around her little paw ever since. I just can't say enough good things about these little dogs called rat terriers.

Yeah, it's really skewed my understanding on how long pets actually last people.

I hear about people that "used to have a whatever" when they were younger, and they're my age and I have to stop and remember that not everyone has animals that live as long
