Tried an ad for an adult website but argghh I realized after submitting one of the pics has a tiny little nip in the far left corner... sigh.

Now I can't edit my submit.

Can we edit after approval/editing/rejection by admin?

You can edit the ads after they go live. You can go log in under your acccount and you should be able to change the listing.

Do you permit posting the same ad in multiple cites and, if so, is there a mechanism to easily accomplish that?

Yes, we permit that.
I am looking into a way to make it easier.

You might want to take a look at how backpage does it. They make it easy to post the same ad in multiple cites through their "post in multiple cities" link.
