AWEMPIRE did millions supporting illegal sites. They support illegal forums, PIRATE FILE Sharing sites... and image sharing sites.
Im really wondering why nobody else quotes my messages, you seem to not care. Ok, then don't cry when you are asking for pennies on the street, ok? |

Bump for this man.

Not that it ever will, but if this were to ever see a court of law.. all the OP would have to do is state that a. he read the ToS but being his native language is not English, he contacted their reps. Their rep told him it was ok, then later froze his account on "suspected fraud" and stole his money. He has proof of being told his methods of promotion were ok. No matter how you look at it, it's a bitch move by yet another scumbag thieving company. |
Thanks anyone for support, it is very important for me and gives me more power to fight.
AWEmpire not respond yet. Still waiting. |

The actual complete sentence was: "Currently we have no exact policy against it, but please also check eBay's terms and conditions if the allow it." I don't see where that says (either directly or indirectly) to check AWE's ToS. If you truly think otherwise, you're obviously smoking something you probably shouldn't be. Or maybe just outright lying to get out of paying the OP. We know how highly AWE thinks of their affiliates. |

It really does show the type of culture which likely exists over there and has existed for some time. Any webmaster still promoting these people is asking for it. Anyone remember the old affiliate rep for AWE who posted a few times about how they didn't believe affiliates deserved recurring revenue from promoting revshare programs and how it was "wrong" for webmasters to be paid even after they have taken their sites down? Ever stop and wonder where that employee probably got those beliefs from? Any sane business without a God complex would have admitted to making a mistake and threw a few dollars to the guy in order to ensure it didn't come to this. |

bump for douchebags to pay up

drama here???

They silent. Not respond. Tomorrow I will post clam on another big awm forums and continue write truth everywhere.
|
AWEMPIRE is full of shit.
We should kick them out of this business, same as all the idiots promoting them and supporting them, like illegal sites. |
links pulled
|
Walmart employee marks a product the wrong price. Walmart has to honor the sticker price, regardless of the difference. AWE employee gave bad information, the affiliate made some money and then AWE decides to terminate his account and not pay. That's bad business. :2 cents:
AWE, your employee gave false information and the man earned the money, just pay him what he earned and then terminate his account. |
Nothing change. Dave ask me for proof of my payments to people. I find as more information as I can and give it to him. Waiting....
Yesterday think post claim in facebook, twitter etc. But Dave email me question about proof, so I responded him an waiting. I think it is humiliation, I must to prove that I paid people who sign-up. Strange, yes? But if they do not believe in another - I will provide all the information, what I find. If you are mad man and decide to work with them - take screenshots of each step and shoot video! In another way - you may leave your money in terminated without any reason (or by mistake) account. |
Another bump for you to get paid.

File sharing sites, extreme-board, pornbb, torrents, image sharing. Dave deserves hell. I will make sure to punch his face if I see him in next convention. |
Just changed out my links for awe, fuck them. Pay him.

Tone down the talk of violence. This is your only warning. You can still express your frustrations without it. Eric |
Bump the thread.
A representative of the company is just that, he is trusted by the company to represent them to clients, his word is supposed to be the word of the company, and if he fucks up, then it is the company that is fucking up. A TOS can be overidden by the company, and therefore as this guy represents the company, the TOS was overidden. The rep fucked up, he authorised for this to go ahead, pretty clearly stated, also clearly stated to check EBay TOS, but not in contravention of EBay as his account there has not be closed. Pay the man, you are already getting links pulled, it will cost more in the end. |
What a bunch of arrogant assholes must work at AWE.
This together with previous threads on their shady and poor business practices really cements the bad image in my mind. |
|
Fine I will keep expressing how AWE destroyed this business, Eric, but without verbal violence, since DAVE cried and complains about it.
Dave allows illegal sites to promote them, extreme-board.com, pornbb.org, torrents, oron, file sharing sites pirates... Dman, how can nobody react? Are you ASLEEP people? Why nobody reacts to AWEMPIRE??? All the contrary you promote THEM!!! WTF?? Like Loreen, the romanian girl/boy/whatever that has a huge AWEMPIRE banner in his sig!!! |
Could this be the next epic "program won't pay" thread, along the lines of curiouscash and howigotrich?
BUMP.... ;) |
I dont promote them and never will. Noone else will after seeing this thread, even if they only know of AWEmpire from this thread and not their reputation beforehand.
Each day this is at the top, more webmasters will either drop or never start using them. It's bigger than the guys pay now.. |
I'm using my 1000th post to bump this. Let's keep this on top.

I have made decent conversions with awe, about 700 a month. Sad to see a program do this, but I had to remove mư links this morning. Awe I hope you get together and pay for your mistake.
|
Well AWE, you may or may not think you are in the right on this one, however, this is fucking bad publicity, not that you had a good reputation in the first place.
The main reason I never signed up to AWE was the completely arrogant replies to my questions about your program, you take people for suckers. Pay the guy, he sent the sign ups, you dropped the ball on your ToS, it's your fault AWE. |
Daily bump. Pay the guy.
