Homegrown Video, never too proud to apologize when apologies are due
Quote:
Any success based on action and accomplishment that you have personally achieved is worthy of BOAST -not bragging - boasting, Beowulf style. Yes, it will make others jealous, meaning those braggerts that only have hollow accomplishments and little of anything of merit to speak of. So, when I speak of our media it is a boast, but it is not bragging and it is not because I am so full of myself, it is simply what has been done and is no where near as important as what is yet to come - the next challenges, the future of dragons that must be slain, because anything previous is simply past accomplishment, nothing more, nothing less. I am sorry for calling you a jackass earlier. I actually don't think you are a jackass as a person and many times have seen your wit and witticisms and knowledge here and felt you are truly a stand up guy. I just thought your comments about the tsunami were out of place and out of character. That's all. You know if we ever met I would be the first to buy you a... well not a beer since that would go straight to your stomach... but you get the picture.:winkwink: |

also, my thoughts on what a wall is were sincere, i simply don't/didn't see it as a wall. i understand about retaining walls and honestly did not think of that initially. but the fact is that the media is reporting 30+' tall wall of water and i don't see it happening that way in the videos. can a wall be 3-4'? yes, i was not thinking of a retaining wall sort of situation, just clarifying in my mind the reports of 30' walls of water and a hollywood-type image of that. peace. |

i've also added about 10 lbs of muscle. i don't worry about low carb, low fat, whatever. exercise will add to losing weight but it will come primarily from your diet. |
the leading edge is not as deep as the main wall. duh.

On the flip side though... I am pretty sure both of us would not be debating jackdiddleyshit if we were standing there and saw the concrete wall from a six story office building floating at us at in a wave (even a "wave" about 1' foot tall) and still moving inland over 100 miles per hour... And by the way... I don't want to sound like a queer or nothing... but I am totally jealous of any guy with abs like that. :winkwink: |
why is anybody even responding to dyna_shitstaine ?

:Oh crap

3:00 - that's a canal/river. Banks of those are usually 4-6 feet high. At least. That got engulfed in seconds. 3-4 feet of water would NOT have done it. It would have merged with the canal. 3:26 - Yes, that's a big boat surfing at the top of the screen. 3-4 feet my ass. |

Their was clearly a surge of over 20' at the heart... then it trickled, causing mass destruction and death. I think you need to go to bed and pray for those that have died while you type nonsense :2 cents: |
Quote:
i never said the water did not surge, in fact, i fucking said it did surge earlier. and the video clearly shows a leading edge of water. |
you rly can't see the white van driving in front of a leading edge of water @ 17 seconds and more of the front edge a few seconds later? srsly? u can't see that?

I thought you were saying that it actually wasn't that bad. No I only read bits and pieces of this thread but everytime I read your response you were eluding that it really wasn't that big and shouldn't be defined as a "wall of water". Also eluding to that it was "not that big of deal". No? Am I wrong with my spot checking reading of your retardedness? |
dear dipshits, here is your wall of water-
i challenge any of you dipshits giving me shit to post a similar picture of a 30' wall of water. http://oi56.tinypic.com/mj8kt4.jpg http://oi56.tinypic.com/2q2ihc3.jpg http://oi53.tinypic.com/zslgug.jpg |

so read the fucking thread, else you are simply a dipshit like the others that cannot comprehend a simple comment/observation. |

30' wall of water, @that's the fucking ocean in the background, only a few hundred CLEAr FUCKING meters away.
|
this vid illustrates my point perfectly @15seconds. the leading area of the tsunami wave is not 30' tall, it's less than the height of a car, the height of the swell is achieved quickly, but it is after the leading area of the tsunami. too bad people get so uptight about my commenting that i observed that.

So your opinion is the water level slowly increased? :1orglaugh Watch some videos without the blinkers on buddy. |

I'm appalled at some of the ignorant comments in this thread.
Just when you think GFY can't out-dumb itself... |
