Man up and lift more weight. Stop crying that it's impossible. It's all in your head.

YOU said that you were going to videotape your workouts.....WE don't believe you....Now it's time for YOU to put up or shut up. :2 cents:

Not technically, but he is banging it out at the most difficult area of the bench press movement.

I have an interval workout that is jogging on the treadmill and bench press every 5 minutes 225 X 20 reps and 20 sets. I aint bragging but if this impresses you then I need to start training people for a living again.

But it doesn't matter, I just talked to someone that personally saw you struggling with 185 at the gym THIS YEAR (he showed me a video of you needing a spot to get the bar off your chest after 3 reps @ 185) and being out of breath and stopping after jogging for 5 minutes.

Person said you kept making excuses for why you couldn't bench any weight.

LOL :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh

Put up or shut up! If you can do 20 fucking sets of 225 for 20 reps, then it shouldn't be anything to show us how you can do ONE set of 20 reps of 225 right?.....Do you REALLY think somebody is going to take the time out to come workout with you and bring money on top of that when you're too pussyfied to even back up what you SAID you would do?

Nigga please.

Dude give it up. I have you on video. Unless you can prove otherwise, you fail.

Your cardio is horrible, I could literally run circles wearing ankle weights around any run you do. I've run thousands of kilometres without stopping for as much as a drink. I'm watching you in the video right now and you look HORRIBLY out of shape. Your gym gear is also brutal so I doubt you even have that $1000 you're talking about, Peter.

I'm also talking to someone on the phone right now that says that your excuse for an at home gym is little more than a treadmill and some dumbbells. This is someone very close to you that is telling me all of this, must suck to have a traitor in your close group of friends (or family?).

Put the video here. I work out in an MMA Gym and walk and jog in Temecula 12-14 miles a day. Whoever you think you are talking to hasn't seen me in years. I ride a road bike about 150 miles a week. I have a treadmill and a smith machine. Look at it in the background in this picture. Show up and show me up you pansy ass canadian eskimo.

Dude all I see is a couple of weights. You wouldn't believe the size of the gym I have in my house (pic of house below)

Like I said, the person telling me all this is telling me you're a huge liar about this kind of stuff.

Of course you could just post a video that you yourself said you were going to make anyways, but you can't provide said video to prove me wrong.

livexxx 06-19-2011 06:07 PM

whats the % of that as his body weight? Looks a bit like someone doing a leg press less than their own body weight, LOL

You fat lazy webmasters and wannabes need to get off GFY and go outside, to the gym, or at least walk around the block.

The "World Record" for bench press is around 700-800 pounds not 225.

They go 150 miles A DAY in the Tour De France not 150 in a week. And at a pace 15MPH faster than mine... and through THE PYRENEES!!!

I never said I was an MMA fighter. I do train MMA and weightlifting has nothing to do with fighting except that it is a training exercise. The strongest weightlifters are NOT the best fighters.

Anyone who thinks my claims are "Imposible" can put thier money where thier mouth is and wager me a bet. I film porn, not me working out. But if you feel so strongly that I am lying about weightlifting then come see in person what I can do. I have nothing to prove, and my claims are not nearly gold medal or even competetive level - unless you are a fat lazy webmaster who gets winded just getting out of your chair.

Toodles!

The "World Record" for bench press is around 700-800 pounds not 225.

The world record for bench has been over 1000 pounds for over 1/2 a decade.

Regardless, again you prove how clueless you are. I was talking about world record in terms of number of reps/time/weight class. To have that sort of anaerobic conditioning to actually bench 90,000 pounds WHILE doing cardio as you claim, you would have to be a world class athlete and at 240 pounds, benching 225 400 times in 90 minutes would be in world record territory. But of course, you have some random equipment in your home and webmasters are fat, so no one knows what they are talking about... and as you've said, anyone that disagrees with you doesn't lift weights.

Jesus you're a nut case.

Here's an idea... why not stroll on over to bodybuilding.com and announce all your great training routines and see how well received it is. It would be funny watching 50 pro's calling you a retard while you insist they don't know what they are talking about.

Anyway dude, you are obviously a compulsive liar as the other guy is saying. You have said absolutely nothing that has made sense and you keep saying increasingly bizarre things to deflect attention away from previous bizarre remarks.

How many times can you lift 225 without stopping? Must be close to 100.

20 times. Walk fast on the treadmill @ 3.0 to 3.5 MPH in between sets. Halfway though the 20 sets light jog @ 4.5 to 5 MPH to set 18 then back to walking 3.0 MPH. Who wants to bet me I cannot do it. The bench press has to be on a Smith Machine like in my pictures and no help from anyone. I'm off the weights right now and doing more cardio so give me a few weeks to get back into it. $1000 bet each hater. Let's do this.

TheSquealer 06-19-2011 08:38 PM

Haha.. so now you're not actually bench pressing, and recruiting all the muscles you normally would to stabilize and control the weights which fatigue first, you're using the smith machine.

I don't think you could do it even using a smith machine. I think you're just trying to talk big on a message board. Go on, go train for your weeks and make a video. Until then you're just a loser with a big mouth. Goodnight, Peter, the loser with the big mouth.

Dude 20 sets @ 20 reps apiece is crazy im sorry i dont believe you. Your not doing 20 full reps then. Or your using less weight than you think. Like i said i did 38 reps before, i used to work with 305lbs man 3 sets @ 12 reps if you show me 20 sets @ 20 full reps you can stick your ass to the screen and i will kiss it.

tonyparra 06-19-2011 09:14 PM

I used the smith machine for that workout. I can free bench 315 X 4 now. But like I said, I'm not into heavy weightlifting right now but I can be if it benefits me. How bout you skinny little fuckers put up $1000 each on a little contest? With all the know it all's in this thread alone that would be a pot of about $10,000. Labor day. I challenge all of you. Especially Batman and his tiny cum shot and mouthfull of lies.

We called your do-a-video bluff and you backed out.

I'm not hating on you but 'just add more weights' sounds like story telling if I ever heard it!

The guys adding 100lbs to their bench press each year are taking steroids!

I'd spend 3 months in AGONISING training 100kg+ weights to failure until I could drop down to 8 reps and add 5 more pounds to the bar

It's real SADOMASOCHIST shit to make yourself 5% stronger in 6 months without missing a workout!

I'll paypal you $333 to video yourself bench pressing

3 reps of 300lbs
clap your hands
3 reps of 300lbs
clap your hands
3 reps of 300lbs

I'll paypal Lazy $333 as the escrow!

Your call buddy!
