there was video being shot all over the freaking place, they had suites set up and did shows, i remember a little later on (2002 maybe) where someone did a ron jeremy event, it might have been topbucks- he screwed two hot young babes and there were about 200 people shooting vid and taking pics in a freaking hotel room...insane.

First to Chris: I NEVER made a dime doing the shows I did, I did it purely for the fun of it, I spent tons of money out of my own pocket when AML first started out for prizes and shit to give away, I did manage to get a FEW sponsors, but it was to cover backend shit like hosting and certain prizes to give away.

To Gonzo, you are 100% correct, on any given show night I'd spend at least 3-6 hours prepping right before the show went live and each week at least 3 days would be spent getting guests and topics lined up, in the end the show SOUNDED like a total improv show with little to no direction BUT it really did take a shitload of work to make it sound that way lol.

Having an actual radio past helped me allot in doing those shows.

But at the same time it was allll the work for no money that made me hang up the mic in the first place.

I spoke with him about a year ago when I was planning on relaunching AML Live, he said they were in the middle of a move but once he got moved in and unpacked he's get ahold of me and or vice versa, I got busy and never followed back up and I also never re-launched AML Live.

But JP DOES have the archives :thumbsup
