It's very simple.

Yesterday you had 11.4% today you are at 44.57% in chargebacks. You were also today placed in the counterfeit program. Your account is closed and under investigation, and it is currently looking very strange with about 200 transactions from the same BIN.

It's a bit ironic when everyone thinks we are the bad guys just trying to protect our portfolio. But we don't care what you think, we will protect the good clients in our portfolio with all means.

Now, seXXXhub, I do not call you a fraudster or anything, Im just saying your account looks very very strange and you brought this up!

Normally I would not discuss this over a board, but you started, let's do this now.

Discussing business details with numbers on a public board?
You guys don't seem to be very sensitive about privacy.
I was considering using you as a biller, but after reading this I will stay away!

Quite to the contrary, faxxaff...Zombaio was called out by someone not giving the correct facts to support their case. It should never have been brought up on this or any board but sexxxhub did so he got his answers...I think. And so did we all.

There's a guy posting on x boards. Same kind of posts over and over. And the same processor, someone I never heard of, shows up again and again to root him on... Same bullshit, shady peeps playing shady games.

No wonder banks are pulling out of this biz...

There is a pretty good chance that Zombaio is making those stats up. They closed my account when I had 1 chargeback out of 450 transactions. They said it was because I had an "extremely high number of chargebacks" so I guess 1 is an extremely high number for them.

No complaints because they paid every cent and based on what I have heard since I would be pretty nervous if I had any money tied up with them. So it's for the best. IMO they are a disaster waiting to happen, they act like you would expect someone to behave if their mids were in trouble and cash flow was tight.

Well, that we would never do. We cannot and are not making up any figures. You have always right to the chargebacks data. We will gladly give every client a detailed list of every chargeback, reason code, ARN number and contact details. Just ask support and we will send it over to you. For current merchants, you can see those details in ZOA under Reports -> Chargebacks.

pompous john: We are a company interested in profit, why would we close your account and then pay you everything if there was no issue? - contact me via mail or +1-650-230-0544

I can tell you that there are not a single one of the top 5 adult processors that fakes chargebacks. I have heard this before and this makes just no sense.

Faking chargebacks would show up pretty fast when cardholders no longer get access to the site and complains to the site owner - that is why the processor always should give you the ARN number (dispute case trace id from the card issuer)

Maybe not make them up but stats can be 100% accurate and bulshit at the same time.

For example a few years ago I had a program I pulled links on because of late payment. a couple weeks after I stopped promoting them I had 1 sale and 4 refunds in my stats. They freaked out and said I had a 400% refund rate.

Well I guess I did, but the reasons why are obvious and the reason they were making an issue out of it is because they didn't want to pay me.

I can personally attest to you guys ignoring tickets and shutting accounts and avoid being served in the USA over sales you said were fraudulent and charging back, yet on my own processing its .91% CB for over a year now on that particular set of sites you were processing.

....and thats with my shitty customer support.
